These terms apply to your use of mellowstitch.com and to any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order you accept them.

1. Using this site

You may browse and buy from this site for your own personal use. You may not copy our site content or product artwork, resell our designs, scrape the site, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

2. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Sizes, materials and print details are listed on each product page. Screens vary, so printed colours may differ slightly from what you see on your device. Small differences in print position are normal in print-to-order manufacturing and are not defects.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed and paid for. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it for a full refund.

4. Orders

Adding an item to your cart is not a purchase. A contract is formed when we accept your order and send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if the item cannot be produced, if the payment is not authorised, if we suspect fraud, or if there was an obvious pricing error. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods offered there. Your card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not receive or store them. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you enter.

6. Shipping and delivery

Production and transit estimates are on our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Our Returns & Refunds page forms part of these terms and sets out the return window, what is eligible, how refunds are issued and when an order can be cancelled.

8. Intellectual property

The Mellow Stitch name, logo, site content and product artwork belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent. We do not knowingly sell artwork that infringes anyone else’s rights. If you own a right you believe is infringed by something on this site, contact us with details and we will investigate and remove infringing material where the claim is valid.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been used without your permission.

10. Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Privacy

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
